As solar modules become thinner and lighter, traditional busbars and diode boards become increasingly fragile. The real challenge isn’t just conductivity — it’s maintaining structural integrity under thermal cycling, vibration, and long-term outdoor exposure.

Through proprietary processing and precision lamination control, we reinforced the structure while preserving an ultra-thin form factor — improving durability without compromising electrical efficiency.

Challenges

At 50Ω and 75Ω specifications, even minor dimensional deviations can cause signal reflection and transmission loss. Connector termination consistency, shielding effectiveness, and impedance control are critical — especially in high-frequency environments.

We optimized impedance matching, shielding structure, and connector assembly tolerances to ensure stable signal transmission and long-term reliability under demanding field conditions.
